After a fire damaged the second storey of the Vinton Building, we were retained as the Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) to lead the complete recovery and modernization of this three‐storey hybrid steel‐and‐concrete commercial building with an underground parkade. We delivered the full structural damage assessment, developed repair and reinstatement designs, prepared permit‐ready engineering drawings, and coordinated building-wide rehabilitation—spanning architectural upgrades, parkade improvements, and mechanical and electrical systems. The building has been fully restored, now supporting residential and commercial occupants with renewed systems, upgraded finishes, and performance aligned with current codes and long‐term reliability expectations.
