CANARY LOFTS

Canary Lofts delivers an eight‐storey mid‐rise residential community featuring 141 condominium and townhouse units in the heart of Columbia Street. The structure is anchored by a 21⁄2‐level concrete parkade with a robust transfer slab that supports the full building footprint above. The superstructure combines steel‐stud framing with composite floor decking to achieve a high‐performance, lightweight system. A fully panelized wall approach enabled rapid on‐site erection, while concrete core walls provide seismic and lateral stability for long‐term resilience.
