Following a severe fire that damaged a high‐end residential home, we led the complete rebuild of the CK Residence. Our scope included designing tall wall systems engineered to withstand significant wind loads and developing a freestanding concrete block feature wall that frames and enhances the patio area. We provided full structural engineering, coordinated architectural and construction requirements, and ensured the renewed residence meets modern performance standards while restoring its original quality and character.
