This advanced AI Data Center in Merritt, BC brings together a hybrid structural system of steel braced bays and wood shear walls, delivering high seismic resilience and cost‐efficient performance. Designed for Bell Canada’s expanding AI network, the facility includes data halls, office space, and a heavy‐duty concrete equipment slab supporting generators and cooling systems. With a 7.9 MW capacity, it stands among Bell’s first purpose‐built AI centers and establishes the blueprint for future C2C Data Center projects now moving into development.
