Set within Mont‐Tremblant’s evolving urban framework, this micro‐neighborhood introduces 13 family‐oriented homes—one 8‐plex and five single houses—built with wood framing and concrete foundations, engineered for the region’s heavy snow loads. The architecture respects local character while preserving riparian buffers and mature trees. A portion of land will be transferred to the City to strengthen community connectivity and improve access to nearby amenities, including the P’tit Train du Nord.
